DELIVERY
UK delivery is free and included with every order. We like to get you your products fast, so from order to delivery is normally 5 working days by a courier such as EVRI, but we can't guarantee this unfortunately, so allow enough time if you've got a cup final to go to wearing one of our products!
We're not able to offer faster shipping. Our packaging is normally plain grey, so if your order is a gift, it won’t spoil the surprise.

RETURNS
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We strive to maintain product quality and returns are rare, but if there's a problem with your product within 30 days, please email us at support@merchon.uk, outlining the problem and attaching clear photos. We'll get back to you on email within 48 hrs. Product faults are typically resolved with a refund or replacement of the same item.
NON-FAULTY GOODS
Merchon products are made-to-order and unfortunately returns for non-fault reasons such as a wrong size ordered or a customer changing their mind are not accepted. Unlike stores that carry and re-sell mass manufactured stock and take 'no fault' returns, made-to-order products cannot be returned and are not covered by the UK ‘consumer contract regulations 2013’. Please use our size charts on each product page to ensure you order the correct size.
